If the client is not satisfied with the output of the project/deliverables, they will dispute it with our team, or abort the project. Once this happens, the allocated project manager from our team here will be investigating the project. We will be looking into the deadlines, if the outlined scope of work for the project has been met and if there has been an efficient trail of communication via the workspace. Our team here is dedicated to making a fair, unbiased decision on these matters.
