Once purchased, the Kolabtree team guarantees proposals within the first 24 hours of making the purchase else the funds will be refunded back to the client in the same payment method used to make the payment. Kolabtree Assist is essentially for clients who would like for the Kolabtree team to help invite relevant experts for the project.
