If the expert has not responded to you and/or delivered the work, they might have encountered problems on their side which prevented them from effectively reaching out to you.

As the first step, we encourage you to send a follow up message to the freelancer in the workspace of the project. If this does not improve the issue, please reach out to our team on contact@kolabtree.com and lodge a complaint against the freelancer for being unable to adhere to the agreed upon timelines. 


Once this issue has been raised with us, we will be able to reach out to the freelancer and let them know about the missed deadline, and take the next steps accordingly.
