When you hire an expert for the project, the other proposals are automatically declined/rejected. If you wish to keep the project open to the other experts, please contact us at contact@kolabtree.com, and we will be able to create a duplicate version of the project for you. This way you will be able to hire the expert, and keep a version of the project open to the proposals.
